The procedure for a return is very simple: just complete the form which is found in Satisfied or refunded (Returns) and send it by email to customerservice@thinkpiu.com
The think+ staff will reply in a very short while advising you how to proceed with the return.
Please remember that in order to be able to qualify for Right of Withdrawal the essential elements set out in the General Sales Conditions must be fulfilled.

Important: we do our best to make the Return procedure as quick as possible and this is why we ask that you send an authorization for return request exclusively for products acquired online; for all other in-store purchases we ask that you enquire at the store where the purchase was made.
The procedure is the same as for a return (see answer 1).
Once MB Sport has verified that the necessary conditions for the Right of Withdrawal have been fulfilled, you will receive an email from our Customer Service, asking for your IBAN (bank details) in order to be able to carry out the refund. This procedure will take place within 30 days of the date of your completed Return Form.
The firm closes for a summer break (20 days in August); orders received during this period will be processed when we reopen for business at the beginning of September.
In this case DO NOT accept the parcel, please take photos of the parcel and the tape and send them to customerservice@thinkpiu.com After verification, we shall proceed with a new shipment by courier in the shortest possible time.
The requested goods are prepared the working day after the order date. At the moment of ordering online, the customer can choose between two types of shipment: STANDARD in which the package is delivered within 6 working days, or EXPRESS in which the package is delivered within 3 working days.
Shipping is free for orders exceeding 150 Euro.
PayPal is an easy and safe way to pay online in a few simple steps. PayPal transactions are carried out on a protected connection. At no time in the purchase procedure is M.B.SPORT® or any other user able to access the information regarding the buyer’s credit card: data are in fact transmitted on a protected connection directly to the site of the bank which is handling the transaction. None of the archives on our site will access or be able to conserve such financial data. With the PayPal system, the customer can pay therefore on a safe server, using a credit card (Visa, CartaSi, Mastercard) or a prepaid card, and also PostePay. There is absolutely no need for the customer to be registered with PayPal: you can pay directly by card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
In case of failed delivery at the first attempt, the Courier will leave a note advising that a second attempt will be made the following working day. In case of a second failed delivery, the courier will leave another note with the details of the Post Office where the shipment will be held. The customer can collect the parcel from the PO in the 10 working days, including Saturdays, to be counted from the working day following the date the parcel was handed over to the Post Office. In case of failed collection from the Post Office the shipment will be returned to M.B.Sport®. For further details or in case of problems, contact customerservice@thinkpiu.com
