To ensure the best shipping service possible M.B.Sport® uses the Italian Post Service. As a matter of fact, in case of a failed delivery the merchandise will be handed over to your local UP Office, so that you can collect the packet in any given moment, even on Saturdays if this is in keeping with the opening times of that office.
Your order will be dispatched between 8:00 and 18:00 of the day following the order date and you will be required to sign at the moment of receipt. Should you receive a package which is visibly damaged, please write “Accepted with reserve” on the Delivery Slip and immediately contact our Customer Service by email customerservice@thinkpiù.com. Please note that any correspondence should always include the Order Number which can be found in the Order Confirmation previously sent by email.
Shipping costs depend on weight. You can choose STANDARD Service in which the package is delivered within 6 working days from the date of the order, or EXPRESS Service in which the package is delivered within 3 working days from the date of the order.
Each year the firm closes for a summer break (20 days in August); orders received during this period will be processed when we reopen for business at the beginning of September.
For customers in countries which do not belong to the European Community, all custom/import fees will be at the buyer’s expense. M.B. SPORT® has no control on the custom charges, which can vary from country to country. Contact the Customs Office of your country to verify the charges.
For purchases totalling more than 150 Euro the cost of shipping is free for Italy, with the exceptions of Livigno, Trepalle, Campione D’Italia, Città del Vaticano e San Marino.
