According to Art.5 DL 206/2005 the customer is a consumer, and has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the obligation to provide explanations and without additional charges. To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, it is enough to keep a copy of the Shipping Document which accompanied the goods and to complete the Return Form (see below). The completed form should be sent to customerservice@thinkpiu.com and, after receiving the necessary authorisation from M.B.sport ®, the customer should send the goods to:

Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and the goods are the customer’s responsibility until their arrival at M.B.sport ®. On receipt of the goods, after having verified that the conditions for the right of withdrawal have been fulfilled, the customer will be requested by email to provide an IBAN Code so that M.B.sport ® can execute the refund.
